The Church retains information for as long as needed for ministry, church administration, legal obligations, security, dispute response, and recordkeeping. Church records such as baptism, confirmation, registration, service, giving, and meeting records may be retained for an extended period based on church operations and legal needs.
10. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or removal from public display of your personal information. Please submit requests through the website or the Church office.
The Church will review requests within a reasonable scope and take appropriate action. Some information may not be deleted or may be retained for a period of time when there is a valid reason, such as legal obligations, church recordkeeping, security, dispute response, or backups.
